JOB DESCRIPTION
Identifying business opportunities and strategies to
increase sales
Set up meetings with potential clients regularly to
generate business educate them about the company's products.
Establishing new business and contacts and maintaining
existing relationships with the clients.
Display and explain company products to potential clients
to influence purchase.
Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop
effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.
Assist Branch Manager in setting goals and targets and
aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Build strong working relationships with existing
customers.
Negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Preparation of sales activity reports, proposals, and
presentation.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
Attending exhibitions, conferences and meetings to
generate business opportunities.
Optimize business development plan by working closely with
the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors (B.Com/BBA)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Sales/Business
Development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic with Go Getter Personality and Entrepreneurial
Spirit.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Hardworking, self-motivated and driven.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Focused and goal-oriented
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
