Call Center Agents

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused
call center agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and
providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate
will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability
to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Answer outgoing/incoming calls and respond to customer
inquiries in a timely manner
Provide accurate and complete information about our products
and services
Address customer complaints and resolve issues to the
customer's satisfaction
Use computer systems to process orders, track customer
interactions, and update customer information
Follow up on customer inquiries that cannot be immediately
resolved
Meet or exceed call center performance goals, including
customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality metrics
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with computer systems and software, including
Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and
weekends
