Increase Rev

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven CEO to lead Increase Rev, a rapidly growing ad Network. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving our business growth, developing and executing our strategic vision, and building a high-performance culture within our organization. You will be working closely with our board of directors, executive team, and employees to ensure that our company is profitable and successful. 

As the CEO you will overlook both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with firm goals and vision.

Build and lead a high-performance team that is focused on achieving business objectives.

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including financial performance, marketing, and sales.

Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration that drives creativity and productivity

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.

Ensuring all business practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that Increase Rev remains at the forefront of the ad network industry. Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.

Outline the goals for research and development.

Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all services.

Managing business budgets and time frames.

Directing projects with cross-functional teams.

Working with the organization’s executive staff to develop new strategies, as well as to make changes to existing ones to reduce unnecessary costs, reduce the amount of time it takes for the engineering team to complete their projects, and grow the organization as a whole.

Provide guidance and encouragement to employees.

All other responsibilities that may come under productivity and progressively running of the business.

Requirements: 

Minimum 4 years Proven track record of success in a senior most leadership role, preferably in the Ad Network industry.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute successful strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making.

Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and emerging trends and technologies (GAM, Header Bidding, and more).

Passion for exploring new and groundbreaking processes.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and in person.

Detail-oriented and well-organized.
